Our Team
Job holds a Masters degree in International Affairs, Political Science from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Job’s career started within the Professional Services and IT industry where he placed top talent for blue chip companies. In 1998 he joined Deloitte, where he held several key talent executive positions, including Recruitment Director for EMEA. In this role he successfully led the search and placement of key leadership and management positions. His last position at Deloitte was Global Director of Mobility and member of the global Talent Executive Management team. Job served on the Advisory Committee for Management Education for INSEAD and is Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of the NVP, the Dutch Professional HR association.

Theodore was born in Nigeria but moved to Netherlands in 2010 to further his education. He now holds a Bachelors degree in Visual Communication and Masters degree in Business Communication and Digital Marketing from the University of Tilburg. Theodore is an interdisciplinary-creative, who’s been involved in art exhibitions across Netherlands, worked as a freelance textile and logo designer for international clients. He now invests the bulk of his time into ensuring that the mission and vision of Exso is brought to realization.
